Liz sets two pbs in just over an hour

Liz Kipling got her track season off to a fantastic start running pbs over 3000 and 1500 at the SWL match at St Mary's.

Liz chopped 16 seconds off her 3k pb for 10:16.2, breaking a best which had stood since 2002!!  Liz was 2nd behind international junior Laura Parker in 9:40ish so there is surely more to come in a closer race.

A little later Liz came back to run a 1500 pb of 4:51, a 5 second pb.  With splits of 81, 78, 75 and 56 and having already run a 3k race then Liz should be aiming to get under 4:45 in the coming weeks.

Liz Killip was 2nd in the 800.  Rebecca Townsend set a pb in the 800. Lucy Edmunds had a solid run in the 3000.  More results when they are available.
