Southern Men’s League

Ross opened his season with a 1:55.2 win in the first SML of the season.  To win his first senior race with a strong kick with 150 to go was a great way to start 2010 - and only just outside his pb of 1:55.1.

Tim ran his fastest 1500 since 2005 with a 4:04 run... great stuff. Sub 4 for the first time this year?

Chris picked himself up from a difficult week in fine style with a 2:02 run - his 2nd fastest ever and a big boost to confidence after two weeks of very solid training in Portugal.
