BMC – Eltham – 23rd June

Ross' last 800 before the English Schools was a winning one, beating athletes with faster pbs to stop the clock at 1:54.06 - a pb!  Unfortunately the official winning time was announced as 1:54.3.  Still, this would have been a pb a week ago and to win is no bad thing at all... in fact it is quite a nice habit to get in to.

Next up a fast 400 in the Men's League on Saturday.....
