No training on Tuesday 27th July

This Tuesday Tink is getting married, Noel is going to the wedding, Tim is on holiday and Dave is unable to make it either. With a lack of coaches there will be no session on Tuesday.

We strongly recommend that people consider going to Watford on Wednesday to run in the Watford Open Graded Meeting where there is the opportunity to run 1500m. Those who read the website regularly will know how wonderful Watford is! You turn up, pay £3, tell them what time you want to run and they put you in a race with other people wanting to run about that time.
