smrac distance make running a habit; consistency brings success

SMRAC Open on September 13th

St Mary's Richmond AC's annual open meet takes place on Sunday 13th September.  It would be great to see all the squad there, running whatever distance you feel like.... 3000 for those who can't decide (1500 for U13 and bottom year U15s).

The Open Meeting is followed by the club's award giving and bbq - please hang around for these as they are a good opportunity to recognise people's performances over the last 12 months.  I am sure there will be plenty of awards for members of SMRAC distance too!

Entry details etc are available from the main club website.  Club members will also have received an email with details of the meeting and awards bbq.

There is a 1500m steeplechase for women (U17 and over).  It would be great to see some people give this a go.  If you fancy it and want a try out over the barriers let Noel know.
