4 things you need to do

1) Email Noel to say either "Yes" or "No" to the Mansfield trip - squads will be announced in a week or so (PS lots of room on coach for parents)

2) Bring spikes to training - long spikes for grass, 6mm or less for track - make sure you're going to the right place too!

3) Wear brightly coloured tops to training - it makes life easier for us ageing coaches with our failing eyesight in the dark!

4) Bring clothes for after training; we don't want you to get a cold or your muscles to seize up after your hard work.
