Training for November

Watch out for alternating training venues in November.... don't turn up at the wrong place, and get the right time too - track starts slightly later than grass.  (I'll make separate arrangements with prospective steeple chasers to do barrier drills before squad sessions start.)

Please wrap up warm - track sessions will consist of warm up jog, drills, strides, session, jog down,  stretch.  Also, consider the recent advice re footwear.

Sunday 1st - Longer easy runs in groups - recovery from Mansfield

Tuesday 3rd - Old Deer Park for all (18:00)

Thursday 5th - Track session for Performance Group (18:30)

Saturday 7th - London Met League at Claybury, all to race

Sunday 8th - Long runs from home in groups

Tuesday 10th - Track session for all (18:30)

Thursday 12th - Twickenham Green for Performance Group (18:00)

Saturday 14th - Mayor's Mile Race or one of the Parkrun time trials

Sunday 15th - Hills in Richmond Park (9:45)

Tuesday 17th - Old Deer Park for all (18:00)

Thursday 19th - Track for Performance Group (18:30)

Saturday 21st - Southern Inter Counties at Parliament Hill for those selected by their county.  Bushy or Richmond Parkrun for those not selected.

Sunday 22nd - Easy recovery runs from home in groups (length to be discussed)

Tuesday 24th - Track session for all (18:30)

Thursday 26th - Twickenham Green for Performance Group (18:00)

Saturday 28th - Met League at Wormwood Scrubs

Sunday 29th - Long runs from home in groups

Tuesday 1st - Old Deer Park for all (18:00)
