Bushy parkrun SMRAC attack

We made our usual pre-Christmas outing to Bushy Park for the 5k parkrun event.  Older athletes ran at a good solid tempo pace, younger athletes used it as a longer run, and much older athletes were just happy to get round.  A long warm down made it a good workout for many of those involved.

For the record the 'race' was won by Bradley with Ross 2nd and Jack 3rd. Maddie and Christina were 2nd and 3rd woman behind 4:19/9:20 runner Linzi Snow.

Satisfyingly for all involved there were a large number of pbs despite the slippery underfoot conditions in the first and last kilometres.
