Thursday 7th - Performance group meeting at track at 18:30 - CANCELLED
Saturday 9th - Session at Marble Hill, starting 09:45
Sunday 10th - Long easy runs from home (in groups if possible)
Tuesday 12th - Session for everyone at Old Deer Park, 18:00
Thursday 14th - Session at the track for Performance Group, 18:30
Saturday 16th - London Met League, Stevenage
Sunday 17th - Long easy runs from home (in groups if possible)
Tuesday 19th - Track session for everyone, 18:30
Thursday 21st - Session for Performance Group, Twickenham Green, 18:00
Saturday 23rd - Surrey Schools or Middlesex Clubs Championships
Sunday 25th - Long easy runs from home (in groups if possible)
Tuesday 26th - Track session for everyone, 18:00
Thursday 28th - Performance group meeting at track at 18:30
Saturday 30th - South of England Championships, Parliament Hill - Everyone is expected to run!!
Sunday 31st - Richmond Mini Marathon Trial or long runs
