4 things you need to do

1) Email Noel to say either “Yes” or “No” to the Mansfield trip – squads will be announced in a week or so (PS lots of room on coach for parents)

After sessions we will be insisting that people stretch before heading home.  We consider this an essential part of your warm down; important for injury prevention and performance.

Please allow time to get familiar with the stretching routine and incorporate it in to your training from home too.  Core stability, easy run, stretch: perfect!
