Eleven athletes travelled to Watford for 1500 races and a staggering 7 came back with pbs. It is hard to pick out the top performances but two seniors Liz and Tim deserve big mentions. Watford and Rosenheim
Christina, Maddie and Ollie went to Watford for quick 1500s.
Christina was first up and ran 5:06, another pb. Chipping away, race by race builds momentum through the season. Plenty more PBS to come.
Maddie was next and went through 400 in a crazy fast 69! To hang on from there and run 4:46.36 was a great show. I think there are at least another 5seconds of improvement… Continue reading | 1 Comment
