BMC PB Classic – Milfield School
Jack and Bradley were on fire with two performances they thoroughly deserve. 8:46 and 8:47 put them right at the top of the UK rankings and well inside the English Schools National Standard. A great 1500 debut too for Jack’s sister Rebecca. Continue reading | 3 Comments

YAL 1 at Lee Valley

London Mini Marathon
Rebecca Killip won the Mini Marathon, building on a month of fantastic training. There were several other top 20 performances and it was encouraging to see those who had been stuck in Portugal put in pretty solid runs after two weeks of twice a day training – now for some speed!
