Ross edged out Bradley in a closely fought men's competition.  Grant and David had excellent sessions.  Christina and Molly were 2nd and 3rd behind Rebecca.

		<description><![CDATA[An early start and a quiet coach up to Mansfield was the start a day which produced some good runs and some very good runs.  It is always nice when we can travel home knowing nobody has had a stinker!

This organisation started off taking used shoes to Kenya for people with no shoes to use.  They then got involved with bringing people together through running and now they are planning on building a children's hospital in Eldoret, the town where many of the world's best athletes are based.

		<description><![CDATA[It was great to see so many people out running and picking up awards at the SMRAC Open and Presentation. 
 
Best performances came from the steeple chase debutants Jessica and Maddie, with Maddie shooting to 6th on the UK U17 lists and running what is likely to be the qualifying standard for next year's English Schools Championships.
