BMC Crawley & Rosenheim

Maddie and Ollie made the trip worthwhile as both picked up wins and pbs in the 1500. Ollie ran 4:22 and Maddie 4:49.

At the Rosenheim League in Walton Liz cut another couple of seconds from her 3k pb running under 10:10. On a night not following a big session she should be looking to challenge Tink’s 9:56 club record… Continue reading | 3 Comments

PBs to end the season

Well done to the boys who made the trip across to Eltham for a BMC meeting which will mark the end of their track seasons.

Bradley chopped four seconds off his 1500 pb to run 4:06.40, a time which will represent an English Schools qualifying time when it is repeated next season. Jack and Ollie both trimmed their pbs by a few tenths to 4:19.8 and 4:31.1 respectively… Continue reading
