I spotted a great resource for athletes the other day… a 92 page free book on nutrition from UKA.  I would recommend it to everyone.  Read it over the holidays…. I’ll be testing you!

Sussex Squad Day – Kenyan Training notes

Noel was talking briefly to coaches about Kenyan training camps at a Sussex Squad day on Sunday.  A car load of the older athletes made the trip down and had a good session followed by an informative talk on nutrition.

What a week… some good sessions, some sore legs, some tired bodies, some feeling fresh and picking up……
