BMC PB Classic – Milfield School

YAL 1 at Lee Valley

Ross won his first senior 800 in a time just a fraction outside his pb. Chris ran his 2nd fastest 800 ever and Tim ran his fastest 1500 for some years. Continue reading

London Mini Marathon
Rebecca Killip won the Mini Marathon, building on a month of fantastic training. There were several other top 20 performances and it was encouraging to see those who had been stuck in Portugal put in pretty solid runs after two weeks of twice a day training – now for some speed! Liz Killip 5th in Southern XC
Congratulations to Liz Killip who finished 5th in the W45 category of the Southern Masters XC Championships at Trent Park on Saturday. Although not confirmed, the results suggest she was 2nd in the Middlesex Champs being run in conjunction with the Southerns. Continue reading
