Ollie also moved up an age group and finished in 18th which was good enough to earn selection  for… Continue reading

Some good performances today from a slightly smaller team than normal following on from the school races this week…

U13 girls – Another win for Rebecca who dealt with the windy conditions well, sitting in with the lead group and then putting her foot down in the woods and kicking like crazy at the final corner – a very mature run, well done. Kirsty was a strong 6th on… Continue reading

English XC Relays, Mansfield – 31st Oct. – U17 men 9th, Jivendra 3rd fastest

An early start and a quiet coach up to Mansfield was the start a day which produced some good runs and some very good runs.  It is always nice when we can travel home knowing nobody has had a stinker!

4 things you need to do

1) Email Noel to say either “Yes” or “No” to the Mansfield trip – squads will be announced in a week or so (PS lots of room on coach for parents)

2) Bring spikes to training – long spikes for grass, 6mm or less for track – make sure you’re going to the right place too!

3) Wear brightly coloured tops to training… Continue reading | 1 Comment
